1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AliCode service (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, generating an API key, or sending any request to our endpoints, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms are effective as of the date shown above and apply to every subsequent use of the Service.

2.Service Description

AliCode is an independent API gateway that resells upstream AI model capacity to end users. The Service accepts requests in formats compatible with the Anthropic Messages API and the OpenAI Chat Completions API, forwards them to upstream model providers, and returns the result.

The Service is offered at consumer scale. By default it does not include an enterprise SLA, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), SOC 2 certification, dedicated capacity, or other enterprise-grade assurances. If you require such terms, you should contact the official model provider directly. We provide pay-as-you-go access with no subscription commitment.

3.No Affiliation & Trademark Disclaimer

AliCode is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other model provider. The Service is an independent reseller gateway and is not an official product, partner, or representative of any model provider.

"Claude", "Anthropic", "Cursor", "OpenAI", and all other product, model, and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Any model names are used solely for interoperability and identification — to indicate which upstream model fulfils a request. AliCode makes no claim to those marks and asserts no association with their owners.

4.Accounts & API Keys

An account is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate and current registration information and keep it up to date. One account is permitted per person or entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity conducted under your keys, whether or not authorized by you. An API key is equivalent to a password: do not share it, commit it to public repositories, embed it in client-side applications, or place it anywhere it can be extracted. If you suspect a key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately from the dashboard. We store only a hash of the key and cannot recover a lost secret.

5.Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree not to engage in, or facilitate, any of the following:

• creating, transmitting, or distributing illegal content, including material that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or is otherwise prohibited by law;
• harassment, abuse, doxxing, defamation, or impersonation of real individuals;
• developing or distributing malware or exploits, or conducting activity aimed at unauthorized system access;
• attempting to break, overload, destabilize, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• circumventing rate limits, spend caps, security mechanisms, or other technical controls;
• scraping or automated harvesting of data from the dashboard or other non-public interfaces;
• reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to the Service to third parties without prior written permission;
• sending regulated or special-category personal data (health, biometric, payment card, identity documents, government IDs) unless separately agreed in writing;
• violating the acceptable-use policies of the upstream model providers that apply to the requests served.

AliCode reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse, filter, limit, or terminate access for violations of this policy, and to pass through content-moderation signals from upstream providers.

6.Billing & Credits

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You add funds that convert into credits, and those credits are consumed as you use the Service in accordance with the published rates. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice; a balance you have already purchased is spent at the rates in effect at purchase except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Credits are intended solely for use of the Service. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (or at AliCode's sole discretion, for example where you accidentally top up the wrong account). Credits do not expire; however, they may be forfeited if access to the account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of the account. All applicable taxes and duties are your responsibility where required by law.

7.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliCode disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or timely.

AI model outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or offensive. AliCode makes no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any output. You must independently verify any output before relying on it and are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on it.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AliCode and its operators, employees, and contractors shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, AliCode's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you actually paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).

9.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AliCode and its operators, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you transmit, generate, or process through the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

10.Privacy & Data Handling

This section describes what data AliCode processes and how. By using the Service, you consent to the data handling described here.

What is processed

For billing and security we process request metadata: timestamps, user ID, model, input and output token counts, HTTP status code, IP address, and technical fingerprints used to prevent abuse. Prompt bodies and response bodies are not stored in our database under standard use.

Retention

Request logs (metadata) are retained for approximately 90 days and then pruned automatically. Account metadata is retained for the lifetime of the account and can be deleted by you from the dashboard.

Third-party transfer

To fulfil a request, your prompts and inputs are transmitted to third-party upstream AI model providers, which may be located outside your country. Accordingly, you should not send confidential or sensitive data through the Service. Security-event data and IP addresses are used solely for abuse prevention and protection of the Service.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

11.Suspension & Termination

AliCode may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risk, or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Where access is terminated for breach, unused credits may be forfeited as set out in Section 6.

12.Service Changes & Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Features, limits, available models, and pricing may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Except where expressly agreed in writing, AliCode provides no uptime guarantee beyond best effort and is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service.

13.Changes to These Terms

AliCode may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the last-updated date shown. Material changes will be accompanied by reasonable notice where applicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The Service is operated by its operator, registered and acting in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be settled by the competent court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law (including consumer-protection rules) provide otherwise.
